INSURANCE PROTECTION & NO REFUND POLICY

Like most insurance we hope you’ll never need it but in order to better protect our participants we ENCOURAGE YOU TO PLAN FOR THE UNEXPECTED!

Similar to most events, we have a no refund policy. We stand by our policy and ask that all participants seek to protect themselves through the purchase of a new policy, “Registration Saver“, offered by AIG, their subsidiary, Travel Guard and Next Wave Insurance.

With “Registration Saver” you now have an affordable solution that provides coverage for unforeseen circumstances which most likely leave you with non-refundable fees. This policy provides you relief from our No Refund Policy and cost 6% of your tournament fee paid (full season coverage for club membership is 7%).

• Financial reimbursement of event registration fees in the event the person is not able to participate for a covered reason (applies to Tournament Registration cost, camps, full season)
• Provides individual with coverage for such perils including: sickness, injury, INCLEMENT WEATHER, and several other unforeseen events that impact the insured and their family
