OPEN TEAM REGISTRATION

Thank you for registering your Adult Club Team. This includes: women’s open, men’s open, and men’s master’s teams.

Full rosters (name, mailing address, Email Address) are required of all participant teams. Players may only play for one team within each division. 

      • Team Fee, $1,700, due with entry form. FINAL Deadline 8/25.
      • Complete the online registration form & submit payment.
