Do pay close attention to the deposit requirements for your hotel and air ticket. Be prepared to pay for much of your trip at the time of booking (that is the way things are done in Jamaica).

Air
You'll fly into Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica. From there you'll take an air conditioned motor coach to Breezes Runaway Bay Resort in spectacular St. Ann Bay, just outside of Ocho Rios. Many airlines now fly direct from most US Cities including Los Angeles, Baltimore, Newark, New York, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Miami, and more. Just let Beaumont know what your desired plan is and she'll handle the rest.
Any hotel worth visiting in Jamaica is usually an all-inclusive type. That means your rate includes all your meals, open bar, and most water activities. We took it a step further by finding the self-contained paradise known as Breezes Runaway Bay Resort & Golf Club! Don't worry mon, we tested it out this past January and the place is legit.
Plenty of dining choices, great bars, rooms with their own plunge pool, and a fantastic beach. Your room rate also includes round trip airport transportation on an air conditioned bus. Best of all, its only 10 minutes to the fields and we'll have a shuttle running back and forth during the
tournament.
Breezes Runaway Bay Resort & Golf Club is the Official Hotel of the Jamaican Tournament and we do not recommend staying anywhere else. Access to the tournament fields and transfers to the airport are included so you won't have to worry about taxis and shuttle buses (unless you choose). To accommodate your different needs, our block of rooms includes 3 choices: Deluxe Doubles, Deluxe Double w/ Plunge Pool, and Ocean Front Double w/Plunge Pool. Again, check with Beaumont for the different rates and please be prepared to place a deposit with your reservation. Swim-up bar pool at Breezes overlooking the private beach.

Ground Transportation
Don't worry mon, you are covered! Like we first stated, this is a packaged deal and most of your ground transportation is included with the hotel and tournament registration (side trips and non-players pay extra).
Airport to Hotel to Airport for all guests: usually around $50-70US/person INCLUDED!
Hotel to Field to Hotel: around $1,000J ($13-15US)/day INCLUDED!
Non-playing travel partners can purchase a field shuttle weekend passes for $30.
Participants are responsible for their own travel to other destinations, tours, Ocho Rios, etc. The hotel does offer shopping shuttles into town. Check with the front desk upon arrival. Cabs are abundant and the hotel staff can help you negotiate the fare. Transportation is NOT INCLUDED for those who DO NOT stay at the Breezes Runaway Bay Resort & Golf Club.

She is ready to assist you with all of your team's travel plans (flights, book hotel rooms, receive payments, etc). She also fill you in on the required deposits, passport regulations, and currency issues.

Known as the "J" or "J's", you'll need some but not at our hotel. It's strictly no tipping at the hotel, but useful in
traveling into Ocho Rios for shopping. Not needed to book with established tour companies. Many locations also accept Visa & MasterCard. If you have any doubts it's best to look them up on the internet first or call ahead. Yes, your cell phone will work in Jamaica.
