The Official Tournament Hotel of the JLT!
The JLT makes it easy for Team Leaders to make this tournament a reality. Just contact Matt, JLT Director, for more details and begin planning your trip. Each Team has its own group of rooms (10 minimum but we'll help to fill each block) to fill with players, travel partners, etc. Team groups can mix and match room types as needed. The Team Leader will work directly with our Tournament Director to complete the rooming process. Payments are made directly to the EMW Foundation and one payment is then submitted to the Hotel for all of our rooms (hotel policy). The EMW Foundation does accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex.

The Runaway Bay Resort serves as our "main" hotel and all field shuttles are arranged to & from here. You can also book sightseeing tours and day trips easily from the hotel front desk. The JLT does not recommend staying anywhere else! It's not meant to scare you, its just that the hotels are spread out and its impossible to keep the trip costs down and user friendly.

Deluxe Garden Room
This not so "standard" room is perfect to maximize your experience and keep costs to a minimum. Most of our reservation block consists of this type of room. The rooms are described as garden view but the entire hotel is a garden property so not to worry.
The rooms have two double beds with an armchair or ottoman.

Deluxe Plunge Pool Room
Take it a step further with the Verandah Suite, complete with your own Plunge Pool! Great for anyone looking for a little extra private time or a desire to be on the ground floor (hotel only has two floors).

Ocean Front Rooms & Suites

Quoted prices are based on availability provided in June. The longer you delay the less likely you'll have of getting the specific room you like. The JLT & EMW Foundation are not responsible for reservation rates/categories until rooms are contracted and paid for. Groups are open to use as many rooms as they wish and that are available at the time of contracting. *A minimum of 10 rooms is necessary to receive the discounted rate. We help you combine with other groups to meet the minimums.
