INSURANCE

For the safety of our participants and to simplify the registration process, teams are automatically covered under the Tournaments General Insurance Policy provided a completed roster form is submitted on time. This will provide us with the necessary documentation needed to cover your players for the duration of the tournament. The form is emailed out with your final roster request. Once play begins on Saturday you may not add players as this will void our insurance coverage.

Boys Middle School participants must be in grades 6-8 ONLY! No High School/9th graders are permitted!

Men's Masters Players must meet the age requirement (and be able to prove it) during the year of the event.

 

IF YOU DON'T COMPLETE & SUBMIT YOUR TEAM ROSTER YOU WILL NOT BE COVERED AND WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PLAY!

                    US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP IS NOT REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE!!

The Tournament Insurance Program is not an option, ALL teams are covered under the same policy.
