REGISTER A TEAM

Open to Girls & Boys in the following age groups by HS Graduation year: 2023; 2024/25: 2026; 2027/28.

1.USA Lacrosse Membership required of all participant players, refs, coaches.

2. Complete the online registration form below and submit entry fee ($1,400/team).

3. Multiple teams? Please complete ONE registration for each team within your organization, and you may make ONE total payment.

5. Download and submit “Team Roster Form“ , complete (with all player info,) and return via email by Nov. 18, 2022.
